The Rainbow Theatre has six screens playing first run movies in one convenient location
just across the street from the St. Lawrence Market. Entrance is off Market Lane Park, which in Victorian times was a cobblestone road for horse and carriage.
The theatre ticket area has a grand piano, and original artworks on display.
Prices are about half of what you pay at most other theatres with Seniors and Matinee discounts. The refurbished theatres are modern and comfortable and contain
state of the art sound systems. All theatres are wheelchair accessible and have listening devices.
There is
plenty of underground parking, under the Dominion store with parking entrance off Church St. and inside connection.
The lower level has a large refreshment centre that serves the
best popcorn in Old Town.
