Old Town's underground pub.  A pub famous for brewing its own beer, knows beer.
C'est What Ales serves there own and other micro brewed and Ontario wines.  The pub has over 35 beers on tap,including its own Hemp Ale, Rye Beer, and its famous Coffee Porter, and of course the rest of a complete bar with a number of scotch and other wiskeys.

C'est What has also won several international wine awards, including the 2004 and 2005 VQA Restaurant Award of Excellence.
