Arts on King's origins date back to 1982 when we opened on King St. in the St.
Lawrence/Old Town Toronto neighbourhood.
We now occupy a space next door to our original location as we continue
to present original Canadian Art and Craft.
Every month at Arts on King we showcase new artists’ work in
an effort to create an ever-evolving display of Canadian art and craft.
We feature work by renowned Canadian potter Kago Young,
glass by Robert Held Studio, whimsical animal sculpture by Nancy Calder an
extensive jewellery collection, handmade jewellery boxes by Robert Hewitt and
functional wood pieces by Gary Kennel, to name a few of our permanently
featured artisans.
We are sure you’ll be delighted and inspired by our
imaginative selection of work by artisans from across Canada. Visit us 7 days a week at one of our two
locations – Arts on King at 165
King St. East in Old Town Toronto or further east
in The Beach area of Toronto
at ‘Arts on Queen’.
